Hello!

Welcome, welcome. I decided to create this blog after a mild enlightenment that (1) I love food-related games and food-related films; and I want to write about that, and (2) posts about the previous statement wouldn't be relevant on my melodramatic poetic blog.

Still figuring out how to modify this theme (my skills are dulled, ok) so in the meantime please bear with this boring-other-blog theme.

mi amore fole ve yah

Hey there. Even though I'm on holiday, it turns out that I'm busy going somewhere else that I spend less time in front of my computer :p
Anyway. If you don't know the meaning of this title, it means "my love needs faith" in Italian and maybe you don't even realize that it's the lyrics of Lady Gaga's "Born This Way".

Yes, this post is about Gaga.

I know that most people would say bad things about Lady Gaga; the harsh one is that she is evil. But how could "evil" sells a bracelet to support Japan on her website?
Her song "Judas" might be the tripping point for the ones who love her by their half heart.
People may think that the Judas song is about Gaga, the follower of Judas. For me, this is all wrong.

The still from the video clip
The music video shows that Gaga is possibly the follower of Jesus, along with the twelve prophets. It is shown that Gaga somehow have a twisted feeling toward Judas, but she wanted to be with Jesus and she ignored Judas.
If you have seen the video, look at the terror in her face when she realized she had to put a lipstick on Judas to mark Jesus for death. See the point she wants us to see.
For me, this song is not about praising Judas. It's about all of us having the human-like sin. About there's a Judas side on us because we have sin and because we are human.
I am a Catholic. A devout one. I said this because I know the meaning of this song.
The bridge of the song says:
"I wanna love you, but something's pulling me away from you. Jesus is my virtue, and Judas is the demon I cling to."
She clings to. We human cling to. It's not that she praise Judas.

To another song, titled "You and I" there's a lyrics that read:
"There's three men Imma serve my whole life. It's my daddy and Nebraska and Jesus Christ."
I serve my daddy too. And Nebraska is the name of a state. And Jesus Christ? Couldn't agree more.
By the way, this "You and I" song is a very nice song. I recommend you to listen to it. It's not as freak as other songs she sang :p

So please see that I write this post not because I'm infected by Gaga virus or somewhat.
I just want to say that for me she's not evil, and no matter how freak her songs are, I still appreciate them.

Thanks for understanding :D
